Reviews and Ratings
I was delighted with the location of this hotel, just a short walk from the magnificent square and close to Wawel Castle. The room was tastefully decorated with plenty of space and even a private patio, although I missed having a kettle for making tea or coffee. The service was top-notch, offering various amenities like room service and car hire. Dining options were mostly excellent, with a great variety of European dishes and local Polish delicacies. On the downside, it's not directly on the Market Square, ensuring a quieter stay away from the constant hustle. The location is fabulous for exploring the city, with a lovely park across the street.
I felt like I struck gold with this hotel. It had the perfect blend of old-world charm with all the modern comforts I could ask for. The service was top-notch, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. However, there were a few areas that could use some improvement, such as the dining options.
The hotel was in a great location with a huge stain from humidity in the room but overall a pleasant stay. The rooms were simple but very comfortable, despite the presence of an unappealing mirror-fronted wardrobe. However, being close to the reception meant hearing noise from early in the morning.
The hotel rooms are very dated by modern standards with poor air conditioning, but they do have a bright French window. Unfortunately, there was no travel bed available for our baby, which was disappointing. The price charged does not seem justified.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The little secret terrace in the rooms was a delightful surprise, and being so close to the main sites made exploring incredibly convenient. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, and the breakfast selection was impressive. However, I found the prices to be a bit on the higher side.
I loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and perfect with a small patio outside, making them very comfy. I appreciated having tea making facilities and slippers provided. The location was great, just a short walk to the main square where all the action is. The dining experience was very good with a selection of European dishes. The hotel offers all the benefits of a small quiet hotel with professional and kind staff.
